What do I need to collect the hire equipment?

How early can I collect the equipment/how late can I return the equipment?

Hirers can collect the equipment the evening before the first day of hire (e.g., if hire starts on a Tuesday, it can be collected Monday evening). They can also return it the morning after the last day of hire (e.g., if hire ends on a Wednesday, they can bring it back on Thursday morning).

Also due to the nature of the private business, please be on time for collection and return. A surcharge will incur if more than 20 minutes later than the discussed time.

Can you deliver and collect the equipment?

We can deliver and pick up equipment. The rate is based on the taxi fare. Please use this calculator for estimation. We require 24-hour notice for this service. If your request is more urgent, then please contact us and we will try our best to arrange something.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, bank transfer, and cards (EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa, or AMEX).

Please note, card payments will incur a 2.2% surcharge ($2 if under $100).

Do you do a price match?

Yes, but please factor in the shipping cost and time risk. Hiring equipment from other cities usually means no guarantee for arrival on time.

Is the rental equipment insured?

The rental equipment is not insured. This means the hirer is responsible for any damages.
